Cancellation Policy: We encourage substitution rather than cancellation. Cancellations must be made in writing via fax or mail. Any cancellation made more than 15 days prior to conference will receive a full refund less $50.00 processing fee. Any cancellation after that date will not be eligible for any refunds. (This includes "no-shows" for the conference).

Funding: The sessions within this conference present cutting edge, research-proven instructional methods in the core areas of this field. Also specific sessions focus on improving student performance toward meeting or exceeding state mandated standards as established under state legislation and the federal legislation such as No Child Left Behind (Participation may qualify for funding under Title I, II, III, IV, and V).

Conference Program Changes: Teachers Workshop reserves the right, without having to refund any monies to participants, to make changes in the conference, its program, schedule, location and or faculty should any changes be deemed necessary or advisable. Teachers Workshop reserve the right to cancel any sessions or the conference entirely, in which case the liability to participants shall be strictly limited to a refund of those fees.
